INTERNATIONAL LLC CONFIRMS $2.5 BILLION TRANSACTION WITH MARK PAULSMEIER

President of IBDF International LLC dba the G500 Private Investment Group has
confirmed a $2.5 billion acquisition transaction between the US based IBDF and
Mark Paulsmeier from South Africa.
The
transaction involves the acquisition of Mark Paulsmeier’s business interests in
Bastion Business Solutions (BBS).
The
transaction was approved by the South African Reserve Bank and is recorded with
all relevant South African Government agencies.
